Dog Bark Park Inn is a bed & breakfast guesthouse inside the World's Biggest Beagle. Guests enter the body of the beagle from a private 2nd story deck. Some of the dog's decorative furnishings are carvings by Dog Bark Park chainsaw artists Dennis & Frances. Inside and up another level to the head of the dog is a loft room with additional sleeping space plus a cozy alcove in the muzzle.
In a building adjacent to the big beagles visitors can enjoy browsing the gift shop, visitor centre & artist's studio where owners & creators of Dog Bark Park use chainsaws to create woodcarvings.
Dog carvings of many different breeds are the specialty; other animals such as moose, bears, fish & other interesting objects may also be found. Dog Bark Park is that family friendly kind of place that pleases kids and adults alike. Created & operated solely by artists Dennis Sullivan & Frances Conklin, Dog Bark Park is reminiscent of roadside mom & pop attractions of yesteryear where it’s alright to “paws” for more than a moment!
