Hailey Memorial Day Celebration

Our Flag does not fly because the wind blows it;
It flies with the last breath of
every Soldier who died defending it.

The Hailey Memorial Day Ceremony will take place this year on Monday We will honor our veterans and active military along with everyone who is keeping us safe in these troubling times. Together we will celebrate our strong and caring community of Hailey and the Wood River Valley.
We want our fallen service members to know we will never forget their ultimate sacrifice.

We will decorate over 420 veterans’ graves with flags and carnations again this year on Friday, May 27th, 2022.
On Monday, May 30th, we will place a Memorial wreath on the Blaine County Veterans monument in the Hailey Cemetery and display the Armed Services individual flags from Dawn to Dusk. We will host a ceremony at 11:00am in honor of those who gave their lives to their country.
