Spotlight Theatre was created as a performing arts outlet for our community. Spotlight is a Mentoring Theatre Group. We are an extension of The Columbia Theatre Department at Columbia High School in Nampa Idaho. Auditions are opened to the public. All roles are cast with age appropriate individuals.
It is our hope that we can offer the performing arts student an opportunity to be in a production with experienced adult actors. The adult performers take on an additional role as Mentor to these students. It is an effort to give the students another educational outlet. We are also excited to offer performance opportunities to experienced actors in our community.
We offer a family friendly environment. We are housed in the Performing Arts Center at Columbia High School. We have a beautiful theatre and workspace. This is a strictly volunteer group. No salaries are paid to the Director or staff. All proceeds from our productions go directly to the Columbia High School Theatre Department.
Spotlight Theatre is not affiliated with AmericanTowns Media
