Southern Idaho Fishing Excursions LLC (SIFE) was established in 2014 and is the only fully guided ice fishing service that offers the use of electronics on Lake Cascade. SIFE is fully licensed (through the IOGLB), bonded, and insured.
Your guide, Bill Lavin, is an avid walleye and perch fisherman who has been fishing and hunting in Idaho for the past 30 plus years. He is excited to share his passion for fishing with others. Bill currently teaches 4th grade in Eagle, Idaho, and offers his guide services on weekends and holidays. In the spring of 2016, Bill earned his Captain's license from the United States Coast Guard.
