Pizza Pie Café, Multiple locations

Pizza Pie Café has five Idaho locations, including ones in Ammon, Boise, Pocatello, Rexburg, and Twin Falls. They’re known for their consistently wonderful all-you-can-eat pizza-pasta, and salad options. If you’re looking for a pizza buffet experience that’s a little more elevated than, say, Ci-Ci’s, this is the spot for you.

Dockside Restaurant, Coeur d’Alene, ID

The Dockside Restaurant boasts more than delicious, all-you-can-eat food (although they have that, too). Dockside has beautiful, lakeside views. The restaurant is located on the lobby level of the Coeur d’Alene Resort and uses local ingredients to craft dishes that are truly Idahoan.

Meriwether’s Bistro, Lewiston, ID

Meriwether’s Bistro in Lewiston, Idaho was founded in 1988 and has remained “a staple for quality local cuisine in the Lewis and Clark Valley,” according to their website. While their menu has plenty of traditional entrée options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, their express lunch buffet option is what caught our attention. Served weekdays from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., the buffet includes a salad bar, soup, veggies, and chef’s selection for the main course.
